Note that the date has been changed to Wednesday, October 25th. The restaurant has a separate room so we can have our social half hour at 11:30 (wine or soft drink paid separately) and lunch will be served at noon.
The menu choices are:
Penne & Pollo Alfredo (penne pasta with tender chicken breast morsels sautéed with mushrooms, garlic and shallots flamed with white wine in a creamy Alfredo sauce).
Cappellini (angel hair pasta) with fresh tomatoes and basil tossed in olive oil.
Eggplant Parmigiana (eggplant lightly breaded, deep fried, and baked in a casserole with marinara and mozzarella. Served with spaghetti marinara and spinach aglio olio).
All entrees are served with a choice of garden salad or Caesar salad and freshly baked bread. Coffee and brownie top off the lunch! Price is $25
Please mail a check made out to Virginia Farthing no later than Friday, October 20, when a final count will be given to the restaurant.
