Total Wellness: Objectives/Activities

OBJECTIVES:
- Participants will be encouraged to develop goals for improving all aspects of their personal wellness.
- Through activities and group discussions, participants will be helped to achieve their wellness/fitness goals.
- Activities and discussions will be chosen to support the objectives.
ACTIVITIES:
Activities may include the following (as well as others):
- Guest speakers on specific health topics e.g. nutrition; skin care; hormone balance; financial health, etc.
- Exercises as appropriate e.g. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, etc.
- Group discussions e.g. personal goal setting/achievement
MEETINGS:
- The program will meet once per month on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 1:30 P.M.
- The most frequently used venue will be the Common Room at Heidi Sloss’ condo in Los Altos.
- However, occasionally we may use other venues, depending on the topic.
