Ingredients:
3- 10 oz. packages of frozen chopped broccoli or asparagus
1- 8 oz. can of mushrooms, drained
6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
3 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups of (reg.) or light mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 Tb. sherry
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
2 Tb. melted butter
Instructions:
Layer broccoli on the bottom of a large casserole, add mushrooms and finish with chicken.
Mix soups, lemon juice, mayo and sherry together and place on top of chicken.
Sprinkle the layers with cheese, then with the crumbs and drizzle the butter on top of all.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Serves 8. Can be made ahead and reheated. Easy!
