Walt Disney Family Museum: January 29

Boys and girls, the Walt Disney Family Museum, located in the San Francisco Presidio, is the destination for January 29th.

This engaging and beautifully-planned state-of-the-art adult-oriented museum details the artistic focus of Walt Disney's career and includes inter-active exhibits about cartoons, films, Disneyland, and all of the other exciting ideas that Walt brought into our lives.

This outing will make you nostalgic for your childhood, inspire you to use your imagination and touch your heart.
(Note: this is not a museum that will appeal to small children, but it is very engaging for grown-ups!)

Lunch will follow at 1:00 at The Baker Street Bistro, a quaint restaurant specializing in Country French meals.

We will depart from the Page Mill Park and Ride at 8:45 a.m. on Friday, January 29th. Cost for the museum entrance is $20 for adults and $15 for seniors. Parking is free. Lunch will be no-host. Please bring cash to pay for your expenses on this trip. We expect to return to the park and ride by 3:30 p.m.

Reserve your spot on this trip with Carol Carter and tell her if you will be able to drive. The deadline for sign-ups is January 26th.
